Review of Marc (20/02/2012) : Ik had via Groupon een voucher met een waarde van 201 EUR gekocht (betaalde prijs 99 EUR). Ik wou reserveren in de paasvakantie (niet uitgesloten volgens de voorwaarden van de deal) ; men zei me dat voor de paasvakantie alles volzet was. Ik ging op hun eigen site kijken en zag dat er nog 20 kamers vrij waren op de dag dat ik wou boeken. Ik contacteerde het hotel opnieuw en men gaf toe dat er inderdaad nog kamers waren en als ik 201 EUR betaalde (dus niet via de Voucher met een waarde van 201 EUR) wou men mij een kamer boeken. Van service, klantvriendelijkheid en eerlijklijk gesproken ! Het verwondert mij dus niet dat ik zoveel negatieve beoordelingen zie over dit hotel.
