Review of Gianfranco (13/07/2012) : J'ai eu le privilège de faire partie du personnel de salle lors de l'ouverture du restaurant: plaisir d'y travailler et de servir des clients enchantés du restaurant !! Décor, atmosphère, personnel dépaysant et haute gastronomie (nourriture et vin) avec des produits "simples" mais de qualité et des prix en conséquences mais Hôtel Amigo oblige. Maintenant j'essaye d'y aller une fois par an, pour me faire plaisir voir mes anciens collègues et en particulier Mr Anthony Rima, mon ancien chef de rang de l'époque (2003) qui est quasi un F&B dans ce lieu pour ma part mythique et inoubliable !!! En mode Business, sorti entre amis, Famille, ou repas de fête, il est un compromis "chic et simple à la fois" Je pense peutt être même demander ma compagne en mariage dans ce restaurant ... qui sait car tout s'y prête !! J'espère avoir été le plus neutre possible !!
