Review of Florence (15/06/2010) : Les plats étaient délicieux, la présentation soignée, mais le service catastrophique. Gentils, mais d'une totale ineffiacité (erreur de choix de plat, pas de vin proposé, bouteille d'eau jamais arrivée): on aurait voulu le faire exprès, on n'aurait pas pu arriver. En outre, l'acoustique du lieux est déplorable.
Review of Vanessa (08/09/2009) : Pour fêter un anniversaire, nous nous sommes rendus en famille (4 personnes) dans ce restaurant dont on nous avait dit le plus grand bien. Dès l'accueil, un membre du personnel s'est moqué de notre nom. Charmant ! Malgré tout, nous avons voulu tester la qualité des plats, et là, il faut avouer que c'était original et raffiné. Le cadre est agréable mais le personnel est grossier et non prévenant. Le service est froid. Conclusion : il existe d'autres restaurants où l'on mange bien et où l'on est mieux accueilli. Nous n'y retournerons pas!
Review of Geerie (16/07/2009) : 5th or 6th time we went to Le Kaiyou tonight and, although the previous visits were pleasant enough, tonight was a desaster. The restaurant was packed. The staff was largely different from the staff we used to see during previous visits, the service was arrogant and pretentious, the food was downright bad, so was the wine, and the waiting time between starter and main course over one hour. The vacation period appears to be the wrong time to eat in this restaurant. We'll give it another try in September but will avoid vacation time. It's a shame - we thought it was a good and steady restaurant. We left the restaurant before finishing our dinner. Not the right way to start the weekend.

on se serait cru dans une cantine,pas de chauffage!!!les plats sont arrivés tièdes, beaucoup de surgelés et du tout fait pour une addition très chaude!!!! dommage !!!il y a pourtant de quoi faire mieux!!

Anne and Bernard have renovated the scene. It remains in warm colors of Provence, of course, but the result is gaining in discretion, with brand new furnitures. The regular clients won’t be disoriented, the newcomers better have to discover this address. The menu remains extremely attractive with foie gras, cassoulet, quail, coq au vin, not to mention the incredible lunch at 15 euros. Don’t miss the wine selection, because some are true discoveries.
