La charbonnade de Lucullus: viande de boeuf, agneau et canard cru en lamelles à griller sur un brasero et assortiment de 3 sauces " maison " (19.50€. Les spare ribs à la façon du Kentucky: +/ - 1 kg de spare ribs marinés, au miel d'acacia et aux herbes de Provence, copieux et délicieux (17.00€). La "super" croûte valaisanne: quelques tranches de pain baguette arrosées de Fendant des " Pentes Brûlées ", jambon à l'os, le tout surmonté de 250 gr. de fromage fondant et croustillant ainsi que de petits oignons et cornichons (15.50€).

Review of Geneviève (25/02/2010) : Attrape touriste absolument horrible. Carte chaotique sans réelle cohérence, et la cuisine a du mal a suivre entre les raclettes, pavé de foie de marcassin glacé et autre plats pseudo-épicuriens. Service pas à la hauteur. Attention si vous commentez sur la lenteur du service (90 minutes pour recevoir votre grillade de viande cru a griller vous même!) vous vous faites reprendre sans nuances. Adresse à fuir.
