Le filet de biche sur un pain perdu aux airelles - le carré d'agneau bassetempérature, gratin de légumes, réduction de thym (20.00€). Le foie gras poêlé sur une pomme caramélisée à la cannelle, crumble de pain d'épices et réduction de vieux Porto aux pommes Granny-Smith (18.00€). La poitrine de canette au miel, citron et 5 poivres (18.00€).

Review of Harrie (13/08/2010) : zeer slechte ervaring, helaas. Afgelopen jaren regelmatig hier gegeten en eigenlijk altijd prima. Deze keer bestelde ik de Dorade met wokgroenten en bouillon van rode curry. Wat ik kreeg was een bak noedels met daarop twee zwartgebakken visfilets. Geen groenten te bekennen.
Maar het was niet bespreekbaar. Ik had gekregen wat ik had besteld, zeiden zowel de obers als ook de chef, die ik erbij vroeg. Wanhopig zei ik steeds dat ik groente wilde omdat ik geen noedels eet. Ik had juist voor dit gerecht gekozen omdat ik de groenten wilde eten, als lunch. Maar ik vond geen gehoor. In plaats van mij alsnog wat groente te brengen werd ik verder genegeerd, hoewel duidelijk was dat ik geen hap van mijn schotel at.
Einde van mijn relatie met dit restaurant. Nog nooit zo'n onbeschofte bediening meegemaakt. De chef schijnt nu ook eigenaar te zijn, althans dat beweerde hij. Met deze houding zal hij niet lang klanten hebben.

Anne and Bernard have renovated the scene. It remains in warm colors of Provence, of course, but the result is gaining in discretion, with brand new furnitures. The regular clients won’t be disoriented, the newcomers better have to discover this address. The menu remains extremely attractive with foie gras, cassoulet, quail, coq au vin, not to mention the incredible lunch at 15 euros. Don’t miss the wine selection, because some are true discoveries.
