Review of Philippe (27/01/2010) : Une adresse exceptionnelle du centre de Bruxelles fréquentée par une multitude d'habitués, ce qui est un excellent signe. Cuisine passion créée par un vrai artiste dans un cadre de bistro enchanteur. Le meilleur foie-gras mi-cuit du pays et une ambiance Roussillon palpable... et goûtable grâce aux vins uniques de cette région dont provient le patron. A essayer de toute urgence !
