Tartare de porc Iberico, concombre, céleri, purée d' artichauts, compote de poivrons et de chorizo, shiitakes et ciboulette, herbes diverses et laitue (30.00€). Coucou de Malines, mélange de légumes, les champignons shiitake, asperges vertes, sauce à l'estragon - Turbot avec cèpes, chicorée frisée, sabayon de homard, couscous de radis, cèpes en poudre (35.00€).

Review of Jozef (06/05/2010) : waren er 05052010 voor lunch met 3 personen: een ouder echtpaar dat 30 jaar in het buitenland heeft gewoond(Tunis, Stockholm,Bonn, Londen en Washington) en een Oostenrijker (uit Wenen)
en hadden er een à la carte lunch die we zelf hebben samengesteld en die ons uitzonderlijk goed is bevallen
ruimte, omgeving en dienst werkten mee om het samenzijn (in meerdere talen) het was een weerzien na vele jaren vlot te doen verlopen

Anne and Bernard have renovated the scene. It remains in warm colors of Provence, of course, but the result is gaining in discretion, with brand new furnitures. The regular clients won’t be disoriented, the newcomers better have to discover this address. The menu remains extremely attractive with foie gras, cassoulet, quail, coq au vin, not to mention the incredible lunch at 15 euros. Don’t miss the wine selection, because some are true discoveries.
